but frightening requests
conceived out of nowhere
but in this place
beginning to lead everywhere.

you are doing right now,
and
to stop what you
are becoming
while you do it,

that can make
or unmake
a life,
questions
that have patiently
waited for you,

that have no right
to go away.

While much of what we will do together is speak, I absolutely believe that the answers to our questions may at times be beyond our conscious ability to verbalize. In these cases, we may look to our physical selves, engaging our senses and pain to learn more about the wisdom within us. We may engage our emotions in a variety of methods to lend greater insight into how we are whole - body, soul and mind - and what insights our whole selves can provide us as we journey together.
